Supply, Installation, and Configuration of Wi-Fi Networks

Sealed bids on prescribed tender forms are invited from well-reputed firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax (active taxpayers) and sales tax purposes for the procurement of supply, installation, and configuration of Wi-Fi networks.

1. The bidding documents, including contract conditions and item specifications, can be obtained from  the academic section at Shaikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Peshawar, during office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) on any working day (Monday-Friday) against a fee of Rs. 1000/- as per following schedule:

1. Selection would be made under ‘Single Envelope technical & financial combined in one envelope Procedure’.
2. The bidders shall clearly and boldly mark the Tender description and date/time of opening at the face of sealed bid/envelope.
3. The Sealed bids, complete in all respects, must reach the office of Director, at Shaikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Peshawar, as per schedule above.
4. The Financial Proposal shall invariably be accompanied with Bid Security @ 2% of bid cost (Refundable) in the form of CDR drawn in the name of The Director Shaikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Peshawar.
5. Bids submitted without prescribed Bid Security shall be liable for rejection at the time of Tender opening.
6. The Shaikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Peshawar reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the rules in vogue.
